Refund Policy

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We thank you and appreciate your availing of services with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our Customer, concerning any service you avail from us. The policy concerning refund and cancellation requests shall be following the clauses as set forth:

CUSTOMER CANCELLATION

1.Cancellation requests for services availed by Customers, may be entertained and considered by the Company, cancellation is not available you can request for reschedule the order prior to the dispatch. In some special cases you may be charged a cancellation fee before dispatch for Rs.50/- for every order made.

2. No cancellation requests shall be entertained by the Company, nor any refund shall be processed, once the Order has been dispatched has arrived at your destination.

 

REFUND TERMS

1. On any cancellation, after the Company’s evaluation, the refund shall be processed, within a period of 7 business days from the initiation of such cancellation. However, the Company also reserves the right to deny refund at any point, based on its evaluation of such cancellation and its sole discretion.

2. The Company reserves the right to deny refund and suspend the account of any customer, who is found to have made more than 3 consecutive cancellations, and/or charge cancellation fee, as it deems fit. [Ma1] 

3. The Customer may be entitled to a refund or other remedies for a failure in the provision of the Services.

4. The Company reserves the right to charge the Customer, or otherwise deduct applicable taxes in respect of such cancellation fee.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICIES

1. The payments made by Customers using the Platform are also refundable under the following circumstances –

a. If the order placed by the Customer could not be delivered;

b. If The Company cancels the order due to reasons not attributable to the customer, including but not limited to the incapability of fulfilling, sudden unavailability of the order placed, non-arrival of order, etc.

2. The Company reserves the right to look into the cancellation request of the Customer and determine if such a cancelation request falls under the conditions mentioned above.

3. If The Company is satisfied that the request and same fulfills any of the aforesaid conditions, then The Company shall process the cancellation request and refund amounts to the customer.
